Please be informed that flights between Cebu and Bantayan are non-refundable and non-rebookable. This policy is set by the charter company, and as a reseller, we are required to follow it.

Kindly also note that flight schedules may change without prior notice, as these are solely managed by the charter operator. Flights may also be cancelled without prior warning — even if you have already received your flight voucher. Cancellations can occur for safety reasons, such as unfavorable weather conditions (the runway on Bantayan Island is relatively short), as well as due to operational issues on the part of the charter company. In case the flight is cancelled, a refund can be provided within up to 2 months. The process may take longer because the charter company is not accustomed to using online banking or online payment systems.

Ecological note:
Small charter flights are fast, but they also have a disproportionately large climate impact per passenger when compared with road transfers. An ATR-72 on a short (~30-minute) Cebu–Bantayan hop produces roughly 15–55 kg CO₂ per passenger depending on how full the aircraft is; a shared private transfer plus ferry is typically lower (≈10–35 kg CO₂ per passenger).
