All bookings made through this website, email, social media, or partner platforms are subject to availability and final confirmation by SYKE Travel & Tours.

A booking shall only be considered confirmed once the required payment (full or partial, as applicable) has been successfully received and acknowledged.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings in cases of force majeure, pricing errors, supplier limitations, or regulatory restrictions.

Credit / Debit Card Payments

Payments made via credit or debit card are processed through secure third-party providers. Once payment is successful, the booking is automatically confirmed.

For multi-destination or seasonal packages, final pricing may vary by up to 10%. Any adjustment will be disclosed and approved prior to voucher issuance.

Cash, Bank Transfer & e-Wallet Payments

Reservations remain tentative until the required prepayment is received.

Minimum prepayment: 50% of the total booking value, unless otherwise stated.

Final balance for multi-day tours is due no later than 7 days before arrival.

Accepted payment channels include bank transfer, certified remittance centers, GCash, Maya, or approved online payment links.

Day Tours & Transfers
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Hotels & Accommodations
Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a maximum 50% refund. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Multi-Day Tours
• 70% refund if cancelled 60 days or more before departure
• 50% refund if cancelled 14–59 days before departure
• 0% refund if cancelled 0–13 days before departure

Flights between Cebu and Bantayan Island are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.

Refunds are subject to applicable transaction and processing fees, which shall be borne by the client.

In cases of weather disruption or force majeure, refunds or alternatives will be determined fairly and in accordance with Philippine consumer protection laws.

SYKE Travel & Tours complies with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

Clients are entitled to accurate information, transparent pricing, and fair treatment. Any disputes shall be addressed in good faith and resolved amicably where possible.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and media — is the intellectual property of SYKE Travel & Tours or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Users may post comments where permitted. By doing so, you grant SYKE Travel & Tours a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content.

We reserve the right to remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYKE Travel & Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or matters that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cebu City.
